Rest Living is one property with three independent spaces: The Heritage Cottage, The Palm, and The Sunset. Each can be rented separately for a fully private stay.

They can also be combined — into The Duo (Palm + Sunset), The Lower House (Heritage + Palm), or The Full House (all three) — for groups who want to be on the same property while keeping independent living areas, kitchens, and entrances.

Yes. Each space is fully independent with its own entrance, kitchen, and bathrooms. Two or three separate parties can stay on the property simultaneously — you share the address, not the living space.

If you would like to coordinate a combined stay for your group while keeping separate spaces, look at The Duo, The Lower House, or The Full House configurations.

West Palm Beach is a short drive north — typically 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. Palm Beach is accessible across the bridge. Both cities are easy day trips, or places you might find yourself passing through regularly.

Yes — Brightline operates high-speed rail service connecting West Palm Beach to Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, Miami, and Orlando. Brightline departs from West Palm Beach Station, which is a short drive from Rest Living in Lake Worth Beach.

Check-in is self-managed via smart lock. Full access instructions and your personal code will be provided before your arrival date. There is no front desk or lobby — you arrive at your space directly.
